The ruble amount is calculated at the payment partner's current rate when the invoice is issued and fixed until payment. If the partner rate is unavailable, the CBR rate plus a 5% markup applies - the final amount is still shown before you pay.

The pay4rub payment service is operated by КСЕРИМЕ, a foreign company (UAE) registered for tax purposes in the Russian Federation (INN 9909702388). КСЕРИМЕ accepts rubles from payers in Russia as a payment service provider (payment aggregator) under its Payment Services Rules.
Payouts to recipients abroad are executed by licensed partner payment and financial institutions on the instruction of KSERIME.
We do not exchange currency for clients, do not sell cryptocurrency and do not pay out cash: you pay a specific invoice of a specific recipient, and all settlements with you are in rubles only.
The internal balance in your account is a unit of account equivalent to the US dollar that displays deposited funds. It is not money, cannot be withdrawn and is used only to direct payouts to recipients.
The service does not book services and is not a party to your agreement with the hotel or company: the catalog is a directory of recipients whose invoices you can pay.
